General terms and conditions of the online store www.e-poslovna-darila.si
These general terms and conditions of business determine the rights and obligations between the manager of the online store and the users. The store is intended only for LEGAL PERSONS! Orders from natural persons will be canceled within 3 days of the order.
ORDER AND DELIVERY
By confirming the order, the user is familiar with the general terms and conditions of the online store www.a-design.si.
Complete registration is required to place an order. if the user already has a username and password, he continues the purchase, otherwise he completes the registration process.
The delivery of the order depends on the stock of the items
(usually from two to ten working days, in rare cases it can be longer).
The user can also choose a different delivery method outside of normal delivery (express mail), which he informs at info@a-design.si. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need Javascript to view it.
The user settles the postage prices with VAT separately, at the time of collection, according to the valid price list of Pošta Slovenije.
The minimum order is €30.00 excluding VAT.
Minimum order quantities for small items such as ballpoint pens, lighters, pendants, etc. are their original minimum packaging.
PRICES
The listed prices of individual items are in euros (€) and do not include value added tax.
PAYMENT METHODS AND PAYMENT TERMS
The following payment methods are available:
• on collection (you pay the purchase price and postage to the delivery person upon collection)
• by pre-invoice (the amount is paid after the order is received, the postage is paid to the delivery person)
• according to the contract (applies to contractual parties)
Until the full purchase price is paid, the items remain the property of the online store www.a-design.si.
The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is available to the buyer at the company's headquarters.
The provider undertakes to provide the buyer with a sales contract (order) within 48 hours of receiving the client's request in the ways listed above.
The buyer will receive an invoice for payment of the purchase price by mail together with the ordered goods or no later than 7 days after the purchase or collection of the goods.
PRODUCT RETURN
The buyer can complain about the product and return it undamaged and unused in the original packaging within 15 days from the day of collection to our address with the attached complaint record and get a refund of the purchase price. Return costs and postage are paid by the buyer.

FINAL PROVISION
When making a purchase, the user confirms that he is fully aware of the general terms and conditions of the online store www.a-design.si and that he agrees with them.
Regarding potential disputes, both parties are committed to amicable settlement of disputes.
We reserve the right to make changes and errors in prices and written text.
